I often get ask the question, what is the best way to lose tummy fat!
Today I will try and give you an answer.
We will start with the 3 principles you need to master in order to understand the answer of this question.
1- Diet.
2- Exercise
3-lifestyle
When I say diet, I am not saying you should go on a diet! I am talking about food! Think about it for a second, if you want to lose tummy weight, you need to burn more calories than your total intake of food.(per day) So if we have some knowledge of exactly how many calories are in the different food groups, we actually have a chance of losing tummy fat fast.
so where to from here?
Firstly we need to find out how many calories you are currently taking on everyday. This will vary between genders.
males- range from 1800-3000
female- range from 1000-1600
There are various ways to find out how many calories you are eating per day but my suggestion to you is read up on calories. for example: beer-150 calories/ 1 slice of bread-100 calories and so on.
(look on google for calorie spreadsheets)
Once you roughly figure out how many calories you daily intake is, you can then start to lose tummy weight. The trick to do doing this is by dropping your daily calories by 200, thats it!
I know what your thinking, if it was that easy everyone would be skinny and ripped….ok, there are lots of Diet (food) tricks people dont know about that can help with your cravings but I think I will save that for the next post.
