This is the first post for how to get six pack abs fast.
when most people set out to get a six pack, they end up going about it all wrong! They start off with a goal in mind but fail to understand the importance of having an action plan. This is your first mistake. without a action plan that is suitable to your lifestyle, you will quickly realise that it is not realistic and motivation will cease to exist.
So, if you are new to the whole game, i higly suggest you stick to 3 days a week at the gym, and every other day if you can doing some type of cardio outside. This could be walking, running, cycling etc. Do something that gives you time to reflect on why you MUST get back in shape! (running is my thing to get six pack abs fast)
when you go to the gym, i suggest you get a personal trainer to help you with a program and get the general rundown of how certin equipement works. Alot of people think they already know how to work out but if you want fast results, focus your workout around core movements! squats etc. These exercises give you the most bang for your buck!
also when you are training, start changing your way of thinking when it comes to your diet, instead of eating 3 times a day, try 6 but in smaller portions. I will get into this subject later on but it is vitial you control what your intake is. To lose weight and get six pack abs fast you need to burn more calories than you take in. It’s simple science but so many peope fail to get this right!
Become a expert to some degree of how many calories are in what foods and soon you will have a great understanding of what is good for you.(in moderation)
