This shows that soft drinks consists of only sugar, water and color and supplies only small amount of energy to the body and do not contain any essential elements like vitamins and minerals for the healthy growth of body . After drinking soft drinks we feel full for a while and immediately feel hungry.
It is very crucial to keep ourselves from drinking soft drinks to keep our body vigorous and strong as things go and it is advisable to take soft drinks occasionally. Drinking tap water is much safer instead of drinking soft drinks to quench our thirst. It is recommended to eat fresh fruits instead of drinking processed fruit juices.
