HI guys,

Here is my first intro video into getting a flat stomach….will be posting another one shortly

The idea behind this video is to give you a quick introducion into a flat stomach abs workout. You will only need to perform these exercises for 1-2 weeks before moving onto the next one. All of the video I will post on here will be a progression from beginner to expert.

As promised, here is another video to help you do exercises at home to get a six pack.This video is obviously a progression for the first one. There are a couple of different techniques in the video and you should find yourself slowly but surely getting stronger.

VIDEO # 3, 3rd Phase of six pack abs…

In this video, some of the techniques are the same but have also included some extra fat burning exercises.
It is important you DO NOT proceed unless you have followed the first 2 videos, please do not strain your body to the point where your back is hurting.
